these pictures are from our second day in berlin I we were walking around a lot to see as much as possible I mostly we were interested in the real berlin to get a feeling of the city but of course we did some sightseeing aswell I this holocaust memorial was built 2005 by the new yorker architect peter eisenman and it is dedicated to the jewish victims of the nazi genocide of the second world war I it is consisting of 2711 rectangular blocks of concrete laid out in grid formation
