heute melden wir uns mit einem interview zurück . wir wollten euch unsere lieblingsfriseure und den salon etwas näher vorstellen . da schon einige mädels uns auf unsere haare angesprochen haben dachten wir wäre es an der zeit euch einen einblick zu verschaffen . der salon [all about]liegt ganz idyllisch mitten im herzen von wien versteckt in einem hinterhof . die inneneinrichtung ist industrial chic angehaucht und überhaupt nicht aufdringlich so dass man sich ganz aufs wesentliche konzentrieren kann . man hat das gefühl absoluten vertrauens in die kompetenz von danijel und martina die mit einer engelsgeduld auf die wünsche der kunden eingehen . wir haben nachgefragt was ihr erfolgsrezept ausmacht .

danijel erzähl uns doch einbisschen über deine ausbildung und deinen werdegang!

danijel::

ich habe meinen meister mit 19 jahren in stuttgart gemacht und habe 10 jahre bei tony&guy gearbeiten . danach war ich 6 jahre in wien für sie im dienst . um aus der europäischen einschränkung auszubrechen war ich 2 jahre in sydney um einen anderen input zu bekommen .

wann kam der anstoß deinen eigenen laden zu eröffnen?

danijel::

als ich nach wien zurück kam wollte ich was eigenes schaffen . meine kreativität fördern und mich nicht mehr hinter einer marke verstecken .

les[factory]femmes::

martina und du habt zusammen bei tony&guy gearbeitet und sie ist mit dir mitgekommen . was war das für ein gefühl für dich?

danijel::

natürlich konnte ich ihr nichts versprechen. sie hat sozusagen an mich und den salon geglaubt und ihre sichere stelle aufgegeben. das ist schon ein wahnsinns schritt.

aber sie hat es bestimmt nicht bereut ;-)

wie lang hast du eigentlich nach der passenden location gesucht?

danijel::

naja 1 1/2 jahre habe ich gesucht . ich wollte etwas in der stadt haben dass aber auch ein hidden place ist . ich finde es sehr intim wenn man jemandem die haare färbt oder schneidet und unsere kunden sollen sich wohl und nicht beobachtet fühlen bei diesem prozess .

stimmt :-) und wie lang hat es dann noch bis zur eröffnung gedauert?

danijel::

das ging dann relativ schnell . 2 monaten danach haben wir eigentlich schon eröffnet .

les[factory]femmes::

was macht euren salon und eure arbeit deiner meinung nach besonders? wir wissen es schon ;-)

danijel::

ich finde jeder von uns hat seinen lieblingsbereich und martina und ich ergänzen uns da sehr gut . wir bilden uns konstant fort und arbeiten besonders kundenorientiert mit produkten die haarschonend und qualitativ hochwertig sind . bei uns sollen sich unsere stammkunden wohlfühlen und mit dem ergebnis 100% zufrieden sein .

tja uns habt ihr ja schon an bord und wir können das nur bestätigen . ihr macht ja auch sehr viel shootings und künstlerische projekte, was gibt es da so zu erzählen?

danijel::

wir haben unter anderem mit attila louis und federico tropot von mer zusammengearbeitet . es macht spass sich nicht nur auf beauty sondern auf das gesamtkonzept zu konzentrieren .

les[factory]femmes :: martina wir haben gehört dass du letztes jahr bei den hairawards in der kategorie herren mitgemacht hast? erzähl mal was das für eine erfahrung war .

martina::

es war total spannend . ich musste mir schon im vorfeld überlegen was für haarschnitte ich machen möchte . ich musste models suchen und schauen was zu ihrem typ passt . wir haben dann 1 tag auf einem schloss in der steiermark geshootet . ich hatte 3 models mit verschiedenen haarschnitten und stylings . ich fand den prozess faszinierend von anfang bis zum ende dieses konzept zu planen und dann step-by-step zu verwirklichen .

today we get back with an interview . we wanted to introduce our favorit hairdressers and their salon to you . we´ve been asked about our hair often lately and so we thought now is the perfect time . [all about]is hidden in a backyard in the heart of vienna . the interior is industrial chic inspired and absolutely not pushy so you can focus on the important things . you get the feeling of perfect trust in the skills of danijel and martina while they are trying to find out what their costumers really want . we ask them what their recipe for sucess is .

danijel tell us a little bit about you and your career!

danijel::

i did my master at the age of 19 in stuttgart and worked at tony&guy for 10 years. to escape the european restriction i went to sydney for 2 years to get another input.

les[factory]femmes::

when did you realize that you wanted to open your own salon?

danijel::

when i came back to vienna i wanted to express myself and be more creative . i didn´t want to hide behind a brand anymore.

les[factory]femmes::

martina decided to leave everything behind and start this adventure with you . how did this make you feel?

danijel::

martina and i complete eachother . of course i couldn´t promise her anything but she believed in me and that´s amazing .

les[factory]femmes::

but she surely didn´t regret it ;-)

how long did it take to find the perfect location?

danijel::

i was looking for it over 1 1/2 years . i wanted to find something hidden but still central . i think it´s really intimate to see someone get their hair colored or cut . our costumers shouldn´t have the feeling of being watched .

les[factory]femmes::

that´s understandable . how long did it take until you opened yours doors?

danijel::

actually that didn´t take so long . this process took 2 month only .

les[factory]femmes::

in your opinion what is special about your work . we already know ;-)

danijel::

i think the two of us have their favorit section and we complete eachother perfectly . we do further studies and work customer-oriented with products that are gently and high in quality . we want our steady customers to feel good and be 100% pleased .

les[factory]femmes::

we are already hooked . you do a lot of creative work as shootings with designers for example . what can you tell us about that?

danijel::

yes we were working with attila louis and federico tropot from mer . it´s fun to concentrate on the complete artwork not only on beauty .

les[factory]femmes::

martina we heard that you took place at the hairaward in the catagory men last year . what was that like?

martina::

it was amazing . i had to think about the haircuts i wanted to do in the forefield . i had to search for models and think about what looks good on them . the shooting took place at a castle in styria and i had 3 models with different hairstyles and outfits . it was fascinating to be part of this process and achieve every step by step .
